With more than 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Mulick brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, academic leadership, and lived athletic experience to sports mental training. Dr. Mulick spent 13 years as a psychology faculty member and five years in higher education administration while maintaining an active clinical practice. As a former Division I college athlete, Dr. Mulick understands the performance pressures athletes face and apply proven psychological strategies to help them build confidence, focus, and mental toughness.
