With more than 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Mulick brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, academic leadership, and firsthand athletic experience to his work with athletes, teams, and organizations. He spent 13 years as a psychology faculty member and five years in higher education administration while maintaining an active clinical practice. As a former Division I athlete, Dr. Mulick understands the pressures athletes face and uses practical, evidence-based psychological strategies to help clients build confidence, resilience, focus, and emotional well-being while performing effectively under pressure.
